Virtual Assistant

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support admin, operations, and customer tasks. You’ll manage calendars, communications, documents, and light marketing while working independently and professionally.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments.
- Handle email, draft responses, organize inboxes.
- Research online; compile reports and data.
- Assist with CRM, data entry, and records accuracy.
- Prepare/edit docs, presentations, and reports.
- Support social scheduling and basic marketing tasks.
- Customer support via email/chat/phone as needed.
- Book travel, process expenses, manage purchases.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Google Workspace, MS Office, and tools like Trello/Asana/ClickUp.
- CRM familiarity; social/content a plus.
- Professionalism, discretion, and independence.
